Terms and conditions of purchase and delivery at Hem & Trend

Delivery terms

Normal delivery time is approximately 3-14 business days if the product(s) are in stock. If the product(s) are not in stock, the delivery time may be longer. Delivery time for custom-made items can vary from 5-30 business days.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your specific delivery before placing your order.

We ship orders with DHL. We are not financially responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.

If you discover any damage to the package, you must immediately report it to the post office or other carrier and file a damage claim. Do not collect a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until after you have opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that can be attributed to the handling by the post office or transport company, you must contact them and file a damage claim. If any dispute with the post office or transport company cannot be resolved, please contact us.

If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us (packages approx. 10 days), we will invoice you 250 SEK + freight for our work in handling the goods, such as return freight and return administration.

Complaint/Warranty

We follow legislation and recommendations from the consumer agency, which means that you as a consumer always have a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). However, if it can be shown that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, the guarantee does not apply to wear and tear damage. As a consumer, you also have the right to a three-year warranty claim, provided that the following requirements are met:

• The complaint must be notified within a reasonable time.
• Supporting documentation such as a receipt/invoice must be provided.
• There should be clear pictures of what is wrong with the product.

Payment options

- Klarna

We use Klarna as our payment partner.

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna will display the payment options available to you. Regardless of which payment option you choose, Klarna handles the payment transaction, while the purchase of the product is made directly by the store. Product-related questions should therefore be directed to the store. Current payment options that may be offered through Klarna include invoice, revolving credit, card payment, or direct payment via bank.

Personal Data Protection Act

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Act (PUL).

When you shop with us, you provide necessary personal information such as name, address, social security number, email address, and phone number. By placing an order, you agree that we store and use your personal data internally in accordance with Swedish law. We guarantee that we handle your personal data with the utmost care and that it is only used for internal purposes. Exceptions are third-party solutions that require certain information, including PostNord and DHL for delivery or Klarna for payment. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have stored. If the information is incorrect, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. You can do this via our customer service, info@hemochtrend.se

Tvist

Any disputes should first be resolved through discussion with our customer service, info@hemochtrend.se. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.

Other

We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the freight company or supplier. We reserve the right to change our prices and terms and conditions without notice. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors. Therefore, it is important to read our current terms and conditions before placing an order. Colors may appear differently from screen to screen, so please be sure to read the product descriptions carefully.
