How do I make a return?
Contact us via email at info@hemochtrend.se to request a return label.
Enter your order number and which products you want to return.
Once we have approved the return, we will send a return slip and instructions via email.
How much does it cost to make a return?
A return fee of SEK 69 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
How much time do I have to return?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order.
What about the product I want to return?
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
Can I switch to another product?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Make a return and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
If we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
How quickly will I get a response from customer service?
Normally within 1–3 business days.
During promotions it may take slightly longer.
Delivery & shipping – how long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 2–14 days.
May be longer during promotions and weekends.
