Return and cancellation policy

When you shop in our online store, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.

Return conditions within Sweden:

  • The product and its original packaging must be in good condition.
  • If the product or packaging is damaged, we may limit the refund or refuse the return.
  • We do not accept returns of products that have been used.
  • The packing slip must always be included so that we can process the return correctly.
  • The package must be dropped off at a freight agent within 14 days of receipt.
  • Follow the instructions on the return slip when returning the item.
  • Using the return label costs 69kr, this amount will be deducted from the value of the goods when they arrive at our warehouse.

Complaint/Warranty

We follow legislation and recommendations from the consumer agency, which means that you as a consumer always have a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). However, if it can be shown that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, the guarantee does not apply to wear and tear damage. As a consumer, you also have the right to a three-year warranty claim, provided that the following requirements are met:

  • The complaint must be notified within a reasonable time.
  • Supporting documentation such as a receipt/invoice must be provided.
  • There should be clear pictures of what is wrong with the product.
